Holly is an Australian actress<\/a>, singer, dancer, songwriter<\/a>, and model<\/a>.\u00a0 She began her career as Felicity Scully on the Australian soap opera Neighbours.\u00a0 In 2002, she released her first album Footprints, which included three successful singles “Kiss Kiss”, “Down Boy” and “Naughty Girl”.\u00a0 In 2013, Valance was a mentor and judge of fashion competition Shopaholic Showdown.<\/p>\n

Holly Rachel Candy was born on May 11, 1983, in Melbourne, Australia.\u00a0 Her father is Serbian while her mother is English (of Spanish descent).\u00a0 Her father was a musician, playing the piano, and a model in his younger years in Belgrade.\u00a0 Holly’s mother, whose father was a relative of Benny Hill, was a model in the UK.\u00a0 She has two sisters, Coco and Olympia.\u00a0 The latter is an actress who plays Paige Smith in Neighbours.<\/p>\n

In 1999, Holly was cast in the long-running Australian soap Neighbours as Felicity \u201cFlick\u201d Scully as a teenager.\u00a0 She left the series to pursue a music career.\u00a0 Valance\u2019s first song \u201cKiss Kiss\u201d entered topped both the Australian Recording Industry Association and UK Singles Charts charts in April\/May 2002.\u00a0 Her following single, \u201cDown Boy\u201d did well in both UK and Australia.\u00a0 Her final single \u201cNaughty Girl\u201d also did the same.<\/p>\n
