Who is Eva Andressa?<\/h2>\n

Eva is a Brazilian fitness guru<\/a>, a bodybuilder, and a model who made her appearances on the covers of different fitness and wellness magazine, as well as a sponsored athlete of Athletica Nutrition.\u00a0 Apart from gracing the covers of various fashion and fitness magazines, Eva appeared on TV shows too.\u00a0 Eva is also an Instagram star<\/a> and has amassed a massive fan following all over the world.<\/p>\n

She won IFBB, Overall Champion Brazilain in 2009, IFFB Brasil in 2008, and several other awards.<\/p>\n

Her Early Life<\/h2>\n

Eva Andressa Viera Nascimento was born on December 19, 1984, in Curitiba, Paran\u00e1, Brazil.\u00a0 She was subjected to body shaming in her early teenage years, as she was skinny.\u00a0 She then decided to work out and build a dream physique.<\/p>\n

When she was 17 years old, Eva felt she was not training the right way.\u00a0 This made her take a break from training. She was also looking for a trainer who could help her in achieving her dream physique.\u00a0 She then met Jardel Barros, whom she would go on to marry later in life. Jardel, who was himself an athlete, helped Eva train properly.\u00a0 He also served as an inspiration to her and made Eva realize her true potential.<\/p>\n

Career Journey<\/h2>\n

In 2005, she participated in the \u2018NABBA Lobo Bravo Cup.\u2019\u00a0 She was just 21 years old at that time.\u00a0 Though it was her first professional competition, she managed to impress the judges and became the “Figure”<\/em> champion.<\/p>\n

The following year, she participated in the \u2018NABBA Paran\u00e1 Championships,\u2019 which is a national-level competition.\u00a0 Eva caught the attention of many Brazilians when she won the first prize effortlessly.\u00a0 Following her victory, she became popular all over Brazil.<\/p>\n

She then decided to take a break from professional competition.\u00a0 However, she never stopped training.\u00a0 In fact, she started training harder, as she had still not achieved her dream physique.<\/p>\n
