to look really good.<\/p>\n<h2>Who is Leilani Dowding?<\/h2>\n<p>Leilani is an English model who represented her country at the 1998 Miss Universe pageant.\u00a0 She later worked as a Page 3 Girl and has appeared on shows like Big Breakfast and This Morning.\u00a0 She is an <a href=\"https:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/articles\/category\/actresses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">actress<\/a>, known for Dream Team (1997), The Yes\/No Gameshow (2003), The Big Stage (1999), and the series Tough Love Miami.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/picture\/1544756\/leilani-dowding\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Leilani Dowding\" src=\"https:\/\/img5.hotnessrater.com\/1544756\/leilani-dowding-bikini.jpg?w=600&amp;h=900\" alt=\"Leilani Dowding\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Her Early Life<\/h2>\n<p>Leilani Dowding was born on January 30, 1980, in Bournemouth, England.\u00a0 She and her sister were brought up Roman Catholic by their Filipina mother Zena, and British father Chris.\u00a0 Leilani was named for her mother&#8217;s cousin and her name literally means &#8220;heavenly flower&#8221;.\u00a0 Leilani and her sister attended St Peter&#8217;s School in Bournemouth.\u00a0 She did well in school, earning eleven GCSEs and three A-levels.\u00a0 She studied for an economics degree at Royal Holloway, University of London, in Surrey, with the intention of becoming a city trader.\u00a0 The then eighteen-year-old entered and won the 1998 Miss Great Britain competition.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/picture\/1544755\/leilani-dowding\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Leilani Dowding\" src=\"https:\/\/img4.hotnessrater.com\/1544755\/leilani-dowding.jpg?w=600&amp;h=900\" alt=\"Leilani Dowding\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Career Journey<\/h2>\n<p>After her success in beauty pageants, Leilani dropped out of university to pursue a full-time modeling career.\u00a0 Although she had not originally considered topless modeling, she began appearing as a Page 3 girl in The Sun in 1999.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/picture\/229120\/leilani-dowding\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Leilani Dowding\" src=\"https:\/\/img1.hotnessrater.com\/229120\/leilani-dowding-bikini.jpg?w=600&amp;h=900\" alt=\"Leilani Dowding\" width=\"549\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In 2003 she was rated #89 on the FHM Sexiest Women in World list.<\/p>\n<p>Leilani has also been a guest on various British television shows, modeling on the Big Breakfast and This Morning, and appearing on Faking It Celebrity Wrestling and Celebrity Fear Factor.\u00a0 She has also enjoyed a season in pantomime as Tiger Lilly in Peter Pan.<\/p>\n<h2>Facts and Trivia<\/h2>\n<p>Leilani was once married to restauranter Richard Palmer (ex-husband of <a href=\"https:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/person\/538\/raquel-welch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raquel Welch<\/a>), but the couple later divorced.\u00a0 She has also been engaged to former Wimbledon and Northern Ireland defender Mark Williams and was engaged to former Middlesbrough attacker J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Aliadi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Leilani has competed in celebrity poker tournaments and done promotional work for Ladbrokes and was a winner of celebrity women&#8217;s kickboxing.<\/p>\n<p>She has traveled to Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Cyprus on morale-boosting trips for British troops abroad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/babesrater.com\/picture\/5681806\/leilani-dowding\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Leilani Dowding\" edition of US Maxim and Dowding has her own clothing line, the Leiluna Collection.<\/p>\n<p>Leilani appeared on a charity Page 3 episode of The Weakest Link where she lost out in the final round to Jakki Degg.\u00a0 Leilani was competing on behalf of the RSPCA and breast cancer charities.\u00a0 She joked before the show: <em>&#8220;I look forward to using my brain for the first time in three years.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Her younger sister Melanie (&#8220;Mel&#8221;) Dowding also had a brief career as a model.<\/p>\n<p>Leilani is the first woman of Asian descent to represent Britain in the
