She was already eye-catching in her teens. Did you ever watch the video of her doing a cover of Weezer\u2019s \u201cIslands in the Sun\u201d? Perhaps she looked too much like a teenybopper, in some people\u2019s eyes. She was a teen who played the roles of teens (because there have been actresses in their 20s who played the roles of teens), from the boarding school character in <strong><em>Wild Child<\/em><\/strong> to the self-confident\u00a0daughter in <strong><em>We\u2019re The Millers<\/em><\/strong>, to the admirer of a pusher in <strong><em>Twelve<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/full-sized-picture\/322847\/emma-roberts\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Emma Roberts\" src=\"http:\/\/img8.hotnessrater.com\/322847\/emma-roberts.jpg?w=600&amp;h=900\" alt=\"Emma Roberts\" width=\"600\" height=\"874\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Slowly but surely, audiences have watched Emma growing up. It was not much later after <strong><em>Twelve<\/em><\/strong> that she starred with <a href=\"http:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/person\/425\/james-franco\">James Franco<\/a> in the Gia Coppola-directed <strong><em>Palo Alto<\/em><\/strong>, about adolescents in the California town of the same name, a movie in which Emma plays \u201cApril\u201d and adorably keeps jumping on a bed in a scene of about 41 seconds.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jJUSIDQAHuU\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/hotnessrater.com\/full-sized-picture\/1091519\/emma-roberts\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Emma Roberts\" src=\"http:\/\/img8.hotnessrater.com\/1091519\/emma-roberts.jpg?w=600&amp;h=900\" alt=\"Emma Roberts\" width=\"512\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Probably fans now know Emma best as Chanel Oberlin in the television series <strong><em>Scream Queens<\/em><\/strong>.
