It has been a while since we’ve featured a fitness model like Jennifer Ronzitti<\/a> here.\u00a0 I mean, less glammed up and just more on the toned super body…\u00a0 Oh, and the badass attitude.<\/p>\n

Who is Jennifer Ronzitti<\/h2>\n

Jennifer Ronzitti is an IFBB-certified professional bikini competitor from Severna Park, Maryland.\u00a0 She most recently finished third at the 2017 Mr. Olympia Bikini.<\/p>\n

She was inspired to take her fitness more seriously after reaching her 30s and feeling out of shape.\u00a0 What began as a gym membership evolved into a highly successful competitive bodybuilding career.\u00a0 After only a few years in the gym, Jennifer went pro in 2014 after winning the NPC Bikini National Championships.<\/p>\n

Jennifer knew she needed a little help to get moving in the right direction\u2014YouTube workouts and wishful thinking just weren\u2019t cutting it.\u00a0 So, she hired a personal trainer.\u00a0 And just like that, she fell head over heels…\u00a0 with exercise.\u00a0 Who knew squats and sweat could feel so good?<\/p>\n

With every workout, she started to feel like a brand-new person\u2014stronger, more confident, and slightly addicted to protein shakes.\u00a0 But just getting fit wasn\u2019t enough.\u00a0 Jennifer wanted a real challenge, something bold. So, naturally, she set her sights on bodybuilding competitions.\u00a0 Because why not go from zero to flexing on stage?<\/p>\n

She dove into training for her first show, sticking to a meal plan and workout routine designed by her trainer with military-level precision.\u00a0 No shortcuts, no excuses\u2014just gains.\u00a0 Before long, she was stage-ready and more sculpted than a Greek statue.<\/p>\n

Jennifer stepped onto the stage for her very first competition in 2013\u2014the Baltimore Gladiator tournament.\u00a0 It was her debut, and she crushed it, snagging third place in the Bikini Class B category.\u00a0 Not bad for a first-timer with a newfound love for dumbbells and meal prep.<\/p>\n

That taste of victory?\u00a0 Oh, it was sweet\u2014and it only made her hungrier (for trophies, not just chicken and broccoli).\u00a0 Fired up, she entered two more competitions: the MD State and East Coast Classic.\u00a0 This time, she took home first place in both.\u00a0 Bikini Class B? With those wins under her belt\u2014and probably still wearing her stage tan\u2014Jennifer wasn\u2019t slowing down.\u00a0 In 2014, she hit another major milestone: she won first place at the NPC Nationals and earned her pro card.\u00a0 Just like that, she\u2019d leveled up in the world of bodybuilding, turning her once-casual fitness goal into a full-blown career.<\/p>\n

Being a Pro<\/h2>\n

Jennifer’s first professional competition was in 2016. She appeared on stage at the Pittsburgh Pro, finishing 13th.\u00a0 Jennifer was disappointed with the outcome, but she did not give up.<\/p>\n

Her determination paid off, as she won her next two competitions: the Toronto Pro Supershow and the Baltimore Grand Prix in 2016.\u00a0 This served as a reminder of how far she’d gone since beginning her fitness journey.<\/p>\n
