Early Life<\/h2>\n

Arielle Reitsma was born on November 9, 1989.\u00a0 Originally from Weymouth, Massachusetts, she was raised in poverty but that didn’t stop her from working her way up to achieving her dreams.\u00a0 She later moved and settled in Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in acting.\u00a0 In 2009, at 19 years of age, she won the Miss Hawaiian Tropic pageant crown.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did not know that it would lead to winning this title. I thought the contest would be a great opportunity for me.” <\/em>She then added,\u00a0” I moved to Los Angeles to become an actress.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Arielle received a $10,000 and went on to compete in the next Miss Hawaiian Tropic International finals and represent the Sun Care brand in promotional advertisements.\u00a0 When asked by a judge in the said pageant about what she would do with $1 million, she said: “I\u2019d help my family go on a shopping spree and help my father out. \u201cHe helped me to move to LA and I would not have been here without his help.”<\/em><\/p>\n

A couple of years later, Arielle made her screen acting debut in the in the short horror film Spider Mountain: No Way Down (2011).<\/p>\n
