August 7, 1991, in Perth, Western Australia.\u00a0 Her mother is also a fitness enthusiast and inspired her to follow in her active footsteps.\u00a0 Growing up, Jem was a very active and healthy kid and she participated in a lot of sports.\u00a0 Health and fitness have always been her passion.\u00a0 She played basketball for age 10 to 17 in the WABL and she also played tennis, competitive training regularly at the gym at 17 after my knee surgery and I stuck to weight training ever since!&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Facts and Trivia<\/h2>\n<p>Jem&#8217;s average day is wake up very early, start cooking meals for her business then deliver the meals in the afternoon.\u00a0 After that, she hits the gym and comes home to eat, do some work (papers, email, etc) and be in bed at around 10 pm.\u00a0 But on weekends, she hit&#8217;s the court to play basketball.<\/p>\n<p>She&#8217;s a huge basketball fan and when asked (in an interview) about who she thinks is better, Jordan, Kobe, and hero.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;My mum inspires me in life, she is a fitness freak and she\u2019s nearly 60.\u00a0 She goes for 10km runs every morning, rides her bike to work 30km away, she rides her horses every day and works full time and has time for her friends and family too!\u00a0 She\u2019s always pushing me to be better at everything I do no one else motivates me the way she
