Sandra is a Dutch fitness model<\/a>, personal trainer, and Instagram celebrity<\/a> who currently has sponsorship from Shredz Athlete.\u00a0 She is also a clothing designer for Body Engineer.<\/p>\n

Her Story<\/h2>\n

Sandra Prikker was born on October 30, 1989, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.\u00a0 She was a competitive kickboxer beginning at the age of 14, but an accident derailed her kickboxing career.\u00a0 She was forced to quit the sport that she had loved for 10 years, but Sandra quickly found another passion \u2013 fitness.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have always been very sporty and active. I started competitive kickboxing at the age of 14 and absolutely loved it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Through years of relentless training (from kickboxing), she attained an amazing physique.\u00a0 She just needs to improve it more.<\/p>\n

At the age of 22, in 2013, she entered the gym and began her journey into the industry.\u00a0 But she soon faced a setback \u2013 her limited knowledge on fitness meant that she wasn\u2019t making much progress.\u00a0 Sandra became frustrated with her\u00a0lack of development and a month later, sought help.\u00a0 She hired a personal trainer, and with a solid diet and training plan, started to make great progress.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t long until she had sculpted an awesome body, and was quickly noticed for her hard work.<\/p>\n

Becoming a Personal Trainer<\/h2>\n

At the start of 2016, and after a few years of intense training, she began posting pictures of her journey on Instagram.\u00a0 She soon became an online sensation, gaining millions of followers in less than 6 months.\u00a0 That milestone motivated her to level up her game and give back to her fans.\u00a0 So she began personal training in late 2016, helping others to realize their dreams.<\/p>\n

\u201cI couldn\u2019t stand sitting around doing nothing and being sedentary, so about 3 years ago I started hitting the gym, learning everything I could about training and nutrition.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
