I am going through a divorce right now, and the sheer uncertainty of my future is paralyzing me. The life we planned together is completely gone, and I am left trying to pick up the pieces of a broken puzzle. The emotional distress makes it incredibly difficult to focus on the practical matters that require my urgent attention. I need to find a new place to live, sort out our finances, and hire a lawyer, but I do not even have the energy to get out of bed most days. I feel incredibly isolated and hopeless. If you have survived a difficult divorce, please share your wisdom with me. What kept you moving forward when things felt completely dark? How do I approach the legal side without letting fear dictate my decisions?
