I don't find her all th a pretty. She is very average looking. With make up she would be very plain looking. Her poses look forced and not relaxed.

I have never heard of Jewel Staite before, but I agree with the other posters, she looks pretty average to me. She's still young, and I am sure in time, she'll grow into a beautiful woman.

For me, she looks like a combination of Asian and American genes. She looks very pretty to me, maybe because I'm partial to chinky-eyed girls, lol. She has that innocent look in her and her smile is very captivating as well. You know, the type that boys fall madly in love with, haha!

I also think that she's not that hot, just an average looking girl. But in fairness to her, at least she has a great body. And she looks tall too.
