I voted for Kate Middleton in this one, and while I'm not exactly a fan of girls dressed as witches, I think Kate could probably pull any look off that she wants to be honest.
It wasn't even a contest for me to be honest but judging by the voting split, it was a lot closer than I thought it would be.

I love Katherine Heigl's wit and humor, but if we're talking about physical attractiveness, then I am going with Kate Middleton. She is very sexy without losing her decency.
