This week Katy Perry made history by achieving an all time high of Twitter followers totaling 90 million people. In second place with 83 million followers is Canadian crooner, Justin Bieber. Katy and Justin's fellow nemesis, Taylor Swift, is in third with a paltry 79 million followers. Interestingly enough, Katy's very public and bitter feud with Taylor helped increase both their following substantially.
