Neither of these two are really my taste but if I had to pick one I'd probably go with Naomi Campbell. Heidi for me isn't really all that attractive in that first picture so on the case of them two Naomi gets my vote.

Elle McPherson as always been naturally beautiful so maybe that goes a long way in helping her look as good as she does now? Nobody can say she looks 50 years old in that picture, although I have seen others were she's looked worse.

Kate is pretty hot in my opinion and while she might not be stunning, she's definitely better than just cute. As for Diana, I never saw the attraction to be honest and in a straight competition between the two I'd definitely pick Kate.

I think a 5 on a scale of 1-10 is pretty generous to be honest, maybe a 3 or a 4 would be about right. And even though I've not sad any good thing about her on two posts now on this thread, I'd also take her on a date though, haha...how shallow do I sound!
