“Modern Family” Star Gets Breast Reduction, Debuts New Look In Glamour

Ariel Winter is getting candid about her decision to have breast reduction surgery.

In an interview with Glamour.com, the "Modern Family" star reveals that she went under the knife in June to reduce the size of boobs from a 32F to a 34D.

"It's amazing to finally feel right," the 17-year-old actress tells the mag. "This is how I was supposed to be."

Winter's decision to have the surgery stemmed from years of physical and emotional pain. In fact, she admits that she never felt comfortable during red carpet appearances.

I am glad to hear that she finally feels comfortable in her own body. She is a very beautiful young lady and she is a wonderful actress. Now that she finally feels confident she will be even better at what she does. The pictures of her show her confidence shining through. I am very happy for her.

I think that felt right for her. I could only imagine how difficult it is having a size that is bigger than the usual. I remember a friend who is complaining about her size too. She is having back pains and all I thought she was just making that up. You can not find her wear anything revealing. She always wears something with a good fit on her chest to lift them up. Going under the knife is not always for the vain purpose of it.

I think 17 is very early for a breast reduction, however, I can understand that large breasts at that age can feel more like a mom body rather than a sexy youthful body. It can really limit what you can wear at that age as well. Those bras less tanks just don't look so great with large breasts. I can understand her feelings and reason behind the reduction.

Awwwww. Princess Sofia got her boobs done but in another way. Ariel Winter is very pretty and I like her in Modern Family. When you think about it, there are who a lot of girls out there who are praying that they were born well-endowed lol. Ariel went the other way. Whatever makes her comfortable is important. If having way too much in front bothered her, then good for her for doing something about it. She did something to make her feel great and to be more comfortable with herself.

When one is in the limelight it is important that they feel comfortable in their skin. I think she did the right thing as it will certainly boost her self esteem.
