I would call this a tie. How could you choose between the two, they are both absolutely gorgeous.

Well it is close to a tie for me. I do like brunettes more traditionally, so they both have that going. Juli just has a more complete look I would say, but maybe it is just that outfit doing her some favors. Jen looks a little more fake, so I would give the edge to Juli here.
