With regards to the topic, oh it's a tough one. On the one hand, I love Kaley Cuoco, she's sexy, funny and a great actress. But Minka Kelly is also a triple threat, with her looks, body and sensuality. If I have to pick who is hotter, it's definitely Minka Kelly. She has that mystery upon her and I think every guy would want to be with her. Haha!
