After just one season, it looks like popstar Rita Ora will be leaving her position on the Voice to take a place on the X Factor, along side pals Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini.

The lucky lady currently in talks to replace Rita on the Voice is none other than Paloma Faith, who coincidentally was offered the same position a few years ago.

I vote for Rita Ora, but only because she is the less conservatively clad chick of them both. Don`t really like Paloma`s dress. Too old school.
 
It's going to be Rita Ora for me. I love her sense of style and she seems like she doesn't care less what other people think about her.
