Well there's no denying that she is stunning and especially her body, even though it isn't natural but for me her face is quite attractive as well. I think she has that certain 'girl next door' look about her, and while it might not be beautiful or stunning, she is certainly pretty and cute in my opinion anyway. She is going to divide opinion because of he breasts being fake, but I guess if your into that sort of thing (and a lot of people are) she's definitely going to be a girl that you are looking forward to seeing more of.

These days like you say, more and more females are having a certain amount of work done and it doesn't take away from the fact that they are hot and attractive even though they might not be natural. I guess it just goes down to how you prefer a female to be, and while I would prefer a girl who hasn't had any work done, I still can't deny that sometimes no matter what they can still be classed as hot, and I think that Valeria falls into that category. Not really my type, but still hot none the less.
