I think there are a lot of stars that have shirt hair that are considerd hot. Aswell as the ones already mentioned I'd like to add Natalie Imbruglia and Demi Moore from a few years ago into the mix, and also not forgetting Sandra Bullock.

Kaley is hot with both long AND short hair to be honest. I do think a lot depends on what hairstyle you prefer but if you look at her overall you can't say she isn't stunning anyway.

I think because we know so much about them, lifestyle and personality wise, it's difficult to judge them purely on looks and we're going to have a certain bias because of that.

I think a lot of modelling agencies are going down the girl next door look route these days as opposed to the glamorous, in a way fake kind of model. As times change I think peoples taste and opinions change and also and the more naturally beautiful look is a lot more popular these days.
