The Ubelievably Beautiful Women Of Norway

Norway is such a beautiful country and believe or believe it, they have one of the most beautiful women in the world.  And this listicle will prove it.

So whatever it is you are doing right now…  drop it!  And your plans to go to the Caribbean or Hawaii…  might as well drop it.  Go visit Norway, stare at the Northern lights (if if shows up), hike, and ogle the super beautiful women you’d see on the streets.

So let’s start…

Emilie Marie Nereng

Meet Emilie Marie Nereng—better known on the internet as Voe—the pride of Hønefoss who’s been blogging, singing, and generally dazzling Norway since she was a teenager.  She launched her blog in March 2009; by 2010 it was the country’s most-read, racking up a cool 3.5 million visits in just October (that’s practically everyone in Norway clicking several times.  Not bad).

Emilie Voe Nereng

She doesn’t just type, she belts. In June 2010, Emilie sang for 80,000 fans at Oslo’s Rådhusplassen, proving her Wi-Fi signal isn’t the only thing with serious range.  Modeling gigs?  Check.  Magazine spreads in Top and Julia?  Double-check.  She even schooled university students on social media at Lillehammer College—becoming their youngest lecturer ever—before deciding a nap was in order and pausing the blog in 2011.

Emilie Voe Nereng

Blog on, blog off: after a few sabbaticals (2015 revival, 2017 hiatus, 2019 comeback fresh off Norway’s Skal Vi Danse dance floor), Voe keeps returning like a cliff-hanger in a Nordic noir.  Along the way she dropped the 2010 single “Do Not Talk to Me,” charmed English-speaking Redditors despite writing in Norwegian, and nabbed 8th place on TC Candler’s 2019 “100 Most Beautiful Faces” list—her fourth appearance, FYI.

These days you’ll find her on YouTube whipping up healthy dishes and nutrition tips, because apparently conquering the internet, the stage, and the dance floor wasn’t enough—she had to take our kitchens, too.

Kathrine Sørland

Say hello to Kathrine Sørland—Norway’s resident multitasker who’s nailed the runway walk, conquered global pageants, and still finds time to jazz up ugly living rooms on TV.

Kathrine Sørland

  • Model life, early start: Kathrine signed her first modeling gig at 15 and basically never looked back.
  • Crown collection: She nabbed the Miss Norway title in 2001, then strutted off to London for Miss World 2002.  Not satisfied, she hit the Miss Universe 2004 stage in sun-soaked Quito, landing 11th—no small feat when you’re up against every country’s best hair and highest heels.
  • TV takeover: Hosting duties? She’s got plenty.  Think Norway’s version of Top Model, the classic game show Casino, celebrity sing-off Sangstjerner, and the home-makeover saga Norway’s Ugliest Room—where she gracefully tells people their décor decisions were crimes against interior design.
  • Podcast power couple: Together with her husband, she co-hosts “Ekteskapet” (Norwegian for “Marriage”), serving relationship real talk with a side of humor.
  • Bridal boss: When she’s not in front of a camera or behind a mic, you’ll find her running her very own wedding-dress boutique in Oslo, making sure other people’s big-day dreams don’t turn into fashion nightmares.

Kathrine Sørland

Fashion, fame, fix-ups, and a podcast?  Kathrine keeps stacking hats on that perfectly coiffed head—and somehow makes them all look effortless.

Helene Rask

Helene Rask (born Anne-Helene Rask Arnesen) is a Norwegian model and all-around glam queen hailing from the small town of Nesodden.  She kicked off her modeling career at just 17 and quickly made a name for herself in magazines like FHM, Vi Menn, Henne, Se og Hør, and Her og Nå.  If there was a glossy page to be on in Norway, chances are she’s been on it.

Helene Rask

Helene also made a splash (literally) on the Norwegian version of Fear Factor, where she nearly drowned on national TV. So yes, she’s not just a pretty face—she’s also a survivor.  When she’s not striking poses, she lends her advice and charm to Gatebil magazine, where she models and answers readers’ questions—basically, your cool big sister who happens to look like a supermodel.

Helene Rask

But wait, there’s more!  Helene traded the catwalk for the mic with a mini pop career, releasing four singles including “No Love” (2005), “Magic Summer” and “Get On” (2006), and “Venus” (2009). Her album Colours dropped in 2006, followed by a DVD, all under the Norwegian label Best Of Music.

And just in case she wasn’t busy enough, she’s also the boss of her own modeling agency, Rask Models.  Yep, she’s the one calling the shots now.

Tove Lill Løyte

Tove Lill Løyte isn’t your average small-town girl…  she’s a Norwegian glamour model and a politician.  Yep, she can rock a bikini and a debate stage.  Her life regularly pops up in Norwegian tabloids because apparently, people just can’t get enough of her.

Tove Lill Løyte

She graced the cover of Estonian Playboy in December 2011, but her rise to fame started much earlier.  Back in 2007, Tove Lill was a finalist in the Miss Norway pageant (not to be confused with Frøken Norge, though everyone seems to confuse them anyway).  She ended up winning and spent the next few years flying around the world representing Norway in beauty competitions like Miss Tourism Queen International, Miss Globe International, Miss Pearl, and a few others with sparkly titles.

Her first modeling gig?  Totally unplanned.  At 19, she jumped into a music video for a friend’s Norwegian rap group—just for laughs.  But once she saw herself on camera, she thought, “Hey, maybe I’m onto something here.”  She sent some photos to a photographer, and boom—within weeks, she landed the cover of one of Norway’s top magazines.

Not long after, a talent scout spotted her and whisked her off to Los Angeles, where she joined a reality show called Glamour of Sweden (despite being very much Norwegian), competing against The Girls Next Door from the Playboy Mansion.  Not exactly a low-key trip.

Tove Lill Løyte

And yes, Hugh Hefner himself noticed her.  After she returned to Norway, he personally called her and invited her to the Playboy Mansion for a Playmate shoot.  She stuck around for a while—long enough that Hef even asked her to be one of his girlfriends.

But Tove Lill isn’t just about the glitz. Back home, she also dove into politics.  She became the leader of the Youth of the Progress Party (Fremskrittspartiets Ungdom) in Vest-Agder county.  So whether it’s high heels or high-level policy, Tove Lill can handle both.

Pernille Holmboe

Pernille Holmboe has been playing dress-up professionally since her teens, racking up runway miles in Milan, Paris, and New York before pitching her fashionable tent in London and, eventually, Hong Kong.

Pernille Holmboe

Her big claim to fame?  Becoming the unmistakable face of Swedish high-street label Gina Tricot.  For six straight years (practically an eternity in model time), Norwegians couldn’t see a Gina Tricot billboard without automatically thinking “Oh hey, Pernille!”

In 2010, she hung up her Gina Tricot halo—partly because a baby bump isn’t exactly sample-size, according to the brand’s marketing boss.  Brazilian stunner Emanuela de Paula stepped in, and Pernille stepped out.

Pernille Holmboe

But she didn’t stray far from fashion.  In 2011, she teamed up with Norwegian designer Tale Hagelsteen to launch Chicameo, her own label that says, “Yes, I can model and run the show.”

These days, you’ll find her in Hong Kong—still stylish, still entrepreneurial, and presumably still causing Norwegians to shout “Gina Tricot!”  whenever they see her face.

Caroline Berg Eriksen

Caroline Berg Eriksen is one of Norway’s best-known fashion and lifestyle bloggers—the kind of person who makes daily life look like a curated magazine spread.  From outfit inspo to marriage, motherhood, and everything in between, she’s shared it all with her readers (and looked fabulous doing it).

Caroline Berg Eriksen

Before becoming a full-time influencer, Caroline kicked off her career as a model and journalist, working for the website side2.no.  Fun fact: she actually started out studying law, but quickly realized the courtroom wasn’t as glam as the catwalk and made the switch to the Norwegian School of Creative Studies to study journalism instead.

In 2012, she published her first book, Fotballfrues Dagbok – Et år med Norges største blogger (“The Footballer’s Wife’s Diary – A Year with Norway’s Biggest Blogger”), which gives a peek into life as the wife of a professional soccer player.  That player, by the way, is Lars-Kristian Eriksen, whom she met in 2007 and married in 2010.  Their daughter, Nelia, arrived in 2013—instantly becoming the most stylish baby on Instagram.

Caroline Berg Eriksen

Caroline’s mix of style, storytelling, and real-life relatability has made her a household name in Norway—and a daily source of inspiration for fans who want to live a little more fashionably.

Linni Meister

Linni Irene Meister is a Norwegian glamour model, pop singer, and sex columnist for FHM magazine, currently based in Oslo.  She first caught the spotlight as part of the now-defunct Team Aylar, a group of glamour models who were as known for their headlines as their photoshoots.

Linni Meister

Internationally, Linni is probably best known for her cheeky (literally) single “My Ass”, which was released to promote the cult-favorite zombie comedy Dead Snow.  Say what you will, but she knows how to make an entrance.

Music has always been in Linni’s life—she started singing in a choir at the age of seven.  Her professional music career kicked off in 2007 after she appeared on the reality show Robinsonekspedisjonen (Norway’s version of Survivor).  Shortly after, she released a cover of Destiny’s Child’s “Survivor” through C+C Records, which felt pretty on-brand for someone who knows how to bounce back.

Her time in the public eye hasn’t been without controversy. In 2006, private videos of her and then-boyfriend (and Big Brother alum) Kristian Hilberg were stolen and leaked online.  Linni tried to make a deal with adult film producer Thomas Rocco Hansen to profit from the situation, but nothing came of it, and the incident eventually led to her being dropped from Team Aylar.

Linni Meister

Not one to shy away from bold moves, Linni made waves again in 2008 when FHM featured her in a holiday spread where readers could scratch off her bikini like a lottery ticket.  Yes, that really happened.

From reality TV to risqué magazine covers, Linni Meister has built a career by being unapologetically herself, and Norway hasn’t looked away since.

Frida Aasen

Frida Aasen went from small-town Kristiansand, Norway, to strutting the runway at the 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show—proof that a trip to the mall can actually change your life (A model scout spotted her while she was browsing, which is far cooler than anything I’ve ever found on sale).

Frida Aasen

Long before heels and Angel wings, Frida spent her days in riding boots as an amateur equestrian.  She traded horses for haute couture in 2012, landing a spot in the inaugural issue of Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book.  The following year, Vogue tipped her as a “face to watch,” grouping her with Martha Hunt and Kelly Gale—basically the modeling world’s version of getting knighted.

Fast-forward to August 2021: Frida said “yes” to Italian entrepreneur Tommaso “Tommy” Chiabra—chairman of Neat Burger and founder of Royal Yacht Brokers (translation: burgers and yachts, because why pick one?).  They tied the knot in picture-perfect Portofino on 14 July 2022, officially upgrading her wardrobe to include bridal glamour.

Frida Aasen

From mall discovery to Mediterranean ‘I do,’ Frida Aasen’s story proves that good things happen when you keep your head up—and your shopping bags handy.

Lene Egeli

Lene Egeli is a Norwegian model and beauty queen who snagged the Frøken Norge (Miss Norway) crown in April 2008—her golden ticket to the global stage.  She went on to represent Norway at Miss World 2008 in Johannesburg, South Africa.  While she didn’t make it to the semi-finals, hey, walking on a world stage in heels is already a win.

Lene Egeli

Lene’s modeling career kicked off well before her Miss Norway title.  In 2004, she was 2nd runner-up (and the crowd favorite!) in Årets Ansikt (“Face of the Year”), and in 2006 she came this close to winning Norway’s Next Top Model, finishing as the 1st runner-up.  She even gave international modeling a go in China and starred in a TV commercial for Revlon—not too shabby.

But Lene is more than just great angles and pageant sashes.  She describes herself as an idealist, strategist, and forever optimist who’s passionate about social impact.  Even as a kid, she was curious about how people live across the world, especially those growing up in poverty and facing tough challenges.  That curiosity turned into a lifelong mission to make a difference.

Lene Egeli

In short, Lene Egeli is the kind of woman who can work a runway and work toward real-world change, with equal style.

Kirby Ann Basken

Kirby Ann Basken is a proud blend of Norwegian and Filipino roots—and she’s made her mark in both worlds with a crown (or two), a camera-ready smile, and some seriously impressive passport stamps.

She first lit up the pageant scene in 2006, representing the Filipino community in Scandinavia at the Mutya ng Pilipinas competition.  Not only did she walk away with the title of Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia-Pacific International, she also scooped up three special awards: Best in Long Gown, Calayan Best Skin, and Miss PIHA (that’s the Philippine International Hairdressers Association, in case you were wondering).  Later that year, she repped the Philippines at Miss Intercontinental in the Bahamas and landed a spot in the Top 12 semifinalists.

Kirby Ann Basken

Then came 2007, a banner year for Kirby.  She was crowned Miss Norway Universe, becoming the first Filipino-Norwegian to hold that title.  That also made her the first to hold two national beauty titles in a single year—talk about a double win.

Beyond pageants, Kirby is a professional model and TV host, working both in Norway and abroad.  You may have spotted her in Norwegian mags like Cosmopolitan, MAG, Se og Hør, and Her og Nå, or in the Philippines’ MEGA, Metro, Candy, People Asia, and Status—just to name a few.

Kirby Ann Basken

But it was her August 2007 cover of FHM Norway that truly turned heads and put her in the international spotlight.  The cover was later reprinted in FHM Australia’s December issue as part of “The Girls of FHM 2007”, naming her one of the 58 most beautiful women in the world.  And in 2008, she made it into their Special Collector’s Edition, listed among the 33 hottest and sexiest women on the planet.

Crowned, cover-starred, and culturally connected, Kirby Ann Basken is a global beauty who’s just as comfortable on stage as she is on a glossy magazine shelf.

Mona Grudt

Mona Grudt is a Norwegian TV host, model, magazine editor, and the only person from Norway to ever wear the Miss Universe crown—which she won back in 1990.  Oh, and she’s also proudly from Hell. Yes, that Hell. (It’s a real town in Norway, and yes, she fully leaned into the joke.)

Mona Grudt

During the pageant, she famously called herself the “beauty queen from Hell,” which, naturally, made headlines and fans around the world.  A winning smile and a sense of humor? Iconic.

Since her Miss Universe reign, Mona has kept busy.  She’s hosted Norwegian TV shows, appeared on Dancing with the Stars Norway, and even made a guest appearance on Star Trek: The Next Generation—because why not go from the catwalk to the final frontier?

Mona Grudt

On top of that, she’s the editor of Ditt Bryllup, Norway’s go-to wedding magazine, helping brides make their big day picture-perfect (because if anyone knows glam, it’s Mona).

From a small town with a fiery name to a global spotlight, Mona Grudt proved you can be elegant, witty, and totally unforgettable—all at once.

Siri Tollerød

Siri Tollerød is a Norwegian model whose big break came in the most casual way possible—she was spotted by a scout while doing some Christmas shopping at H&M in Sørlandssenteret mall.  One minute she’s picking out holiday outfits, the next she’s on her way to Milan for a summer of modeling in 2006.

Siri Tollerød

After a quick taste of the fashion world, Siri hit pause to finish high school (because runway walks are cool, but so is a diploma).  Once she graduated, things moved fast. She signed with Trump Models and landed a shoot with Vogue Italia—talk about a post-grad glow-up.

Siri Tollerød

By April 2007, she had officially relocated to New York City and dove headfirst into full-time modeling.  Her first year?  A total whirlwind.  She starred in a DKNY campaign, both opened and closed the D&G spring shows, appeared on the cover of 10 magazine, and shot for Prada Sport with none other than Steven Meisel. Not bad for year one on the job.

Siri also took a turn in front of the video camera, starring in the artsy fashion film “Matchstick Girl,” which premiered at Soho House NYC in April 2011—just in case you needed proof that she’s more than just a pretty face.

From small-town Norway to high fashion and film, Siri’s story is the perfect blend of talent, timing, and a little holiday shopping magic.

Monica Hansen

Monica Hansen is a Norwegian model with a head-turning mix of Brazilian and Norwegian roots—basically the kind of gene pool that makes fashion scouts do double takes.  She started modeling at just 14 years old, and it didn’t take long before she was scooped up by major agencies like Elite, Ford, and Wilhelmina. Safe to say, the camera loved her.

Monica Hansen

Monica quickly became a fixture in fashion, racking up around 100 magazine covers—including big names like Elle, Maxim, FHM, and Esquire.  But she didn’t stop at modeling.  She also dipped into acting, landing a 22-episode role as Monica Fox on the action-packed, over-the-top TV series Battledome (think pro wrestling meets American Gladiators).

In a twist that sounds like it came from a movie, Monica was entered into the 1997 Miss Universe Norway pageant by a friend—as a joke.  Except the joke was on everyone else, because she won.  Unfortunately, she had to skip the actual Miss Universe competition due to a sudden health scare.  While heading to the airport, she was hit with severe pain and ended up in surgery to have her gallbladder removed.  Not exactly the pageant prep she had in mind.

Monica Hansen

From fashion spreads to acting gigs—and even a surprise beauty queen moment—Monica Hansen’s career has been full of unexpected turns, all powered by talent, timing, and that unmistakable star quality.

Natassia Malthe

Natassia Malthe is a Norwegian-Malaysian actress and model who’s made a name for herself in action-packed films like BloodRayne, DOA: Dead or Alive, and Elektra—basically, if it involves high kicks and dramatic lighting, she’s probably been in it.

Natassia Malthe

Before hitting the big screen, Natassia trained as a ballerina, studying at both the Goh Ballet Academy in Canada and the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet. Clearly, she’s always had a flair for the stage. She later moved to London to study musical theater, then eventually landed in Los Angeles to chase the Hollywood dream.

In recent years, Natassia switched gears from in front of the camera to behind it.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television from Kristianna University College (Westerdals) in Oslo in 2024, proving she’s just as skilled calling the shots as she is delivering them.

Natassia Malthe

From ballet slippers to battle scenes to behind the camera—Natassia’s journey is equal parts graceful, gutsy, and seriously impressive.

Kristine Froseth

Kristine Froseth is an American-Norwegian actress and model born on September 21, 1995, who went from mall runways in Norway to starring on screens around the world.  She was discovered at a local fashion show (as all cinematic origin stories should begin) and soon found herself modeling for fashion powerhouses like Prada, Armani, and Chanel.  Not a bad start.

Kristine Froseth

Her acting debut came in 2017 with the film Rebel in the Rye, but she really caught attention in Netflix’s Sierra Burgess Is a Loser and the Hulu series Looking for Alaska, where her performances were equal parts heartfelt and magnetic.

When she’s not acting or modeling, Kristine is still creating—just in different ways. She puts together playlists and writes in character diaries to dive deep into her roles (yes, she’s one of those actors, in the best way).  She’s also been open about her passion for mental health advocacy, using her platform—especially on Instagram—to help destigmatize anxiety and depression.

Kristine Froseth

She’s graced the covers of Harper’s Bazaar Serbia, Elle Norway, and probably your Pinterest mood board.  With talent, empathy, and a touch of effortless cool, Kristine Froseth is definitely one to keep watching.

Carina Dahl

Carina Dahl is a Norwegian pop singer and TV personality who’s made a name for herself both on the stage and on reality TV.  Known for catchy tracks like “NLTO (Not Like The Others)” and “Sleepwalking,” Carina has competed multiple times in Melodi Grand Prix, Norway’s gateway to Eurovision fame. Fun fact: music runs in the family—her dad is Diesel Dahl, drummer for the legendary Norwegian rock band TNT.

Carina Dahl

Carina first grabbed public attention in 2006 when she joined the Scandinavian version of Big Brother, a joint show between Sweden and Norway.  She lasted a whopping 107 days in the house and was the very last contestant voted out before the finale. Before her music career really took off, she also worked as a glamour model and was crowned “Årets gatebilbabe” (basically, the ultimate car show babe) in 2005.

She later found her groove in Norway’s music scene, with several songs produced by Stargate, the hit-making duo behind artists like Rihanna and Beyoncé.  Carina performed at events like the Norway Rock Festival and made it to the first semi-final of Melodi Grand Prix in 2011 with her track “Guns & Boys”—though she didn’t make it past that round, the performance helped boost her profile.

Carina Dahl

Carina spent five years living in Sweden, where she worked with TMC Entertainment and released her debut album Hot Child in 2010.  She returned to Norway in 2012 and that fall starred in the reality show Tigerstaden, aired on TV2 Bliss.  That same year, her single “NLTO” was released under daWorks Records.  And just to round out her resume, Carina has even written columns for a Swedish horse magazine—because why not add equestrian journalism to the mix?

Siri Lehland

Siri Lehland is a rising Norwegian model, born on February 12, 2001.  She made waves early in her career, most notably gracing the cover of Elle magazine in August 2018.  Not bad for a teenager, right?

Siri Lehland

Her modeling journey started young—really young.  At just 10 years old, while on a family vacation in New York City, Siri had a chance encounter with fellow Kristiansand native and model Siri Tollerød.  That meeting lit a spark, and soon after, modeling became more than just a passing interest.

By the time she was 12, Siri had already been discovered by her mother’s agent.  Fast forward two years, and at just 14, she was flying to Milan to work with Monster Management. (Yes, while most of us were figuring out how to survive high school, she was jet-setting to fashion capitals.)

Siri Lehland

Since then, Siri has worked with modeling agencies and fashion labels around the globe, building her reputation as one of Norway’s most promising new faces in the fashion world.

Lene Alexandra

Lene Alexandra is a true chameleon of Norwegian pop culture—a singer, model, reality TV personality, and now a world-class fitness and mental coach.  She first stepped into the spotlight in the mid-2000s, making waves through reality shows, glamor modeling, and, eventually, a bold leap into pop music.

Lene Alexandra Øien

She kicked off her career posing for magazines like FHM and other Norwegian “lads’ mags,” and even braved the wild on Norway’s version of Survivor (Robinsonekspedisjonen).  But Lene had bigger plans than just reality TV fame.

Her music career began with a bang—quite literally—with her cheeky debut single “My Boobs Are OK.” The song became an international hit, thanks to its catchy tune and…  let’s say, memorable title.  Around this time, she also underwent breast augmentation, fully embracing the larger-than-life pop persona.  Her sound blended pop, rock, and Euro-dance influences, and in 2012, she released an EP called Try to Catch Me.

Lene Alexandra Øien

Then came the plot twist. After reaching pop stardom, Lene did a full 180—swapping stilettos for sneakers. She rebranded herself as a powerhouse in the fitness world, becoming a certified personal trainer, mental trainer, NLP coach, nutritionist, and strength coach. Not content with just training others, she walked the walk too: in 2024, she became a world champion in bench press. (Yes, really.)

Along the way, Lene has also popped up in several TV series, including Hotel Cæsar and Torsdag kveld med Steinar Sagen, proving she’s always game for a new challenge—and never boring.

Michele Waagaard

Michele Waagaard is a woman of many talents—a Norwegian-Thai model, pop star, MTV VJ, and radio host who’s pretty much done it all.  She kicked off her career early, winning Model of the Year in 1995 for Thailand’s teen magazine The Boy (yes, that’s really what it was called).

She studied at Bangkok Patana School and later earned a degree in Communication Arts from Assumption University.  Not long after, in 1996, she signed a record deal with Grammy Entertainment in Thailand, diving into the music scene while also working full-time on the catwalk.

Michele Waagaard

By 2002, Michele had taken her talents to television, becoming a VJ for MTV Thailand. She co-hosted MTV POP with Rowena Kennett and also rocked out on MTV ROCK.  Her passion for performance even took her to Los Angeles for a brief stint at the famed Lee Strasberg Institute.

In 2005, she returned to her birth country of Norway, where she hosted and produced the daily music show SVISJ SHOW for national broadcaster NRK—all while studying Film and TV production at the Noroff Institute. Multitasking: mastered.  In 2008, she also hosted the Global Battle of the Bands world finals in London.

Michele Waagaard

From 2010 to 2012, Michele brought her voice to the airwaves of Bangkok’s WAVE FM 88, where she hosted both the morning and weekend shows.

Since 2012, she’s taken a step back from the spotlight and transitioned into the corporate world, focusing on content work.  These days, Michele calls Berlin home—proving once again that she’s never one to stay in one lane (or one country) for too long.

Cecilia Foss

Cecilia Foss is a Norwegian actress, writer, model, and TV host who’s made the world her stage—literally.  Born in Oslo, she got her start in Norwegian television, where she didn’t just host her own show—she wrote it too. (Talk about a multitasker.)  Sponsored by big names like H&M, Levi’s, and Elizabeth Arden, the show ran for a solid 52 episodes before she set her sights on something bigger.

Cecilia Foss

Next stop: Paris.  Cecilia transitioned into the world of high fashion, modeling in the style capital of the world.  But she didn’t stop there—New York was calling.  After moving to the Big Apple, she continued to model while diving headfirst into acting. Her hard work paid off with roles in films like Howl (2010) alongside James Franco and Salt (2010) starring Angelina Jolie.  She even made Total Film’s list of 23 potential Bond Girls for Bond 23—not too shabby!

Cecilia Foss

Now based in Los Angeles, Cecilia leads the kind of jet-set life most of us only daydream about—constantly bouncing between LA, New York, and Europe for work. She holds a degree in Arts, Theater & Music, rounding out a résumé that’s as impressive as it is globe-trotting.

Carola Insolera

Carola Insolera is a Norwegian-born fashion model signed with Women Management Milano, and she’s anything but ordinary.  Born deaf into a deaf family, Carola grew up immersed in sign language, surrounded by parents, siblings, relatives, and friends who all communicated visually.  In fact, until she was eight, she thought everyone in the world was deaf. (Honestly, who could blame her?)

Carola Insolera

From an early age, Carola was a natural performer. She lit up the sign language community as an entertainer, then took her talents to television, acting in various shows and even performing in the circus—as a clown, trapeze artist, and contortionist. Yes, she really did it all.

Her big break in fashion came in 2011, when she was invited to perform at Copenhagen Fashion Week.  Since then, Carola has devoted herself fully to the fashion world, strutting down runways and posing for high-end photo shoots across the globe.

Despite being deaf, Carola has never let that limit her.  When she’s on the runway, she doesn’t need to hear the music—she feels it through the vibrations under her feet.  She also skips the interpreters on set, preferring direct, visual communication with photographers and stylists.  Her approach hasn’t just worked—it’s wowed people.  Photographer Stefano Guindani, who worked with her on a 2017 campaign for Bagutta, said her body language, presence, and expressive power were nothing short of extraordinary.  “She’s perfect for this job,” he said, “and an example to all.”

Carola Insolera

Carola’s face graced the main poster for Leslie Kee’s WE ARE LOVE photo exhibition in Tokyo in 2018, and the following year, she was featured in a stunning 13-page fashion spread in Vanity Fair Italia, shot by Rosi Di Stefano.

Oh—and did we mention she’s also a superhero?  In 2017, Carola starred in Sign Gene, a groundbreaking film directed by Emilio Insolera (her real-life partner), about deaf mutants who wield superpowers through sign language.  She played Kate Massieu, girlfriend to the film’s main hero and descendant of historical figure Jean Massieu.  The film was released in theaters across Italy, proving once again: Carola Insolera doesn’t just break barriers—she smashes them with style.

Signe Veiteberg

Signe Sommerfeldt Veiteberg is a Norwegian fashion model who went from sending snapshots to a local agency to walking exclusively for fashion giants practically overnight.  She made her runway debut in 2017—not with a small brand, mind you, but as an exclusive for both Prada and Louis Vuitton during the Spring/Summer 2018 season.  Talk about a power move.

Signe Veiteberg

From the very start, Signe’s relationship with Louis Vuitton has been more than a fling—it’s a full-on fashion marriage.  She’s had an exclusive contract with the brand since day one, becoming a staple on their runways and in their campaigns.  She’s opened and closed their shows, starred in solo ads, and even shared the spotlight in a high-profile jewelry campaign with stars like Sophie Turner, Chloë Grace Moretz, Indya Moore, and Zhong Chuxi.

Signe Veiteberg

Editorial-wise, Signe’s face has graced the pages (and covers) of WSJ, Harper’s Bazaar, i-D, British Vogue, Vogue España, Vogue Italia, and Vogue Japan—just to name a few.  Basically, if it’s glossy and high fashion, she’s probably been in it.

She was nominated for “Breakout Star of the Year” by models.com

and currently holds a spot on their prestigious “Top 50” list—proof that this Norwegian stunner is far from a one-season wonder.

Iselin Steiro

Iselin Steiro is a Norwegian model who first burst onto the fashion scene in the early 2000s—and she’s been turning heads ever since.  Known for her work with powerhouse labels like Prada, Calvin Klein, and Chanel, Iselin has also graced the pages of top magazines like Vogue, W, and T.

Iselin Steiro

But Iselin’s story isn’t just about runways and editorials.  At the height of her modeling career, she hit pause to pursue something completely different: architecture.  Yep, while most were trying to book the next big campaign, she was busy hitting the books.  Then in 2010, she made her runway comeback in a big way—walking in 20 shows during spring Fashion Week. In New York, she modeled for names like Michael Kors, Alexander Wang, and Tommy Hilfiger.  She skipped London, modeled exclusively for Prada in Milan, and went on to rock the runways for Balenciaga, Valentino, Stella McCartney, and Céline.

Iselin Steiro

Iselin’s also appeared in high-profile campaigns for brands such as Versace, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and (of course) Prada.

One of her most memorable on-screen moments came in 2013, when she channeled her inner glam-rocker to play a young David Bowie in the music video for The Stars (Are Out Tonight).  And she nailed it—sharp cheekbones and all.

As of 2018, Iselin’s also been putting her creative talents to work as a co-designer for the undergarment brand Le Backhand.  Because why stop at slaying the runway when you can help design what’s under it, too?

And next would be another Scandinavian country.  Guess?
