Now, here’s a remarkable person whom you’d totally admire. Tatiana Ringsby is a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and her preferred pronoun is “they,” so we’re going to stick with that when referring to her errr they, okay?
Now, let’s talk about how gorgeous Tatiana is. They are just so good on the eyes and you’d be mesmerized right away. But there’s more to this persona than just her looks. Apart from the usual, Tatiana here is also an Environmental Activist. Awesome, huh?
Who is Tatiana Ringsby
Tatiana Ringsby (she/they), better known online as Tatchi, is a Brazilian-American model, actor, and influencer with over 2 million fans across social media—you could say they’re kind of a big deal on the internet.
They’ve appeared in music videos like Zolita’s viral Somebody I Fcked Once* trilogy, which even made it into SXSW’s music video competition (yes, that SXSW). They also popped up in Halsey’s So Good, because why not add a superstar collab to the résumé?
In 2023, Tatchi starred in the short film L’Apprenante, which was basically a film festival world tour: Frameline LGBTQ+ Film Festival (shortlisted for the Colin Higgins Youth Grant), Dances with Films, The Bush Films, MiX Festival in Italy, Reel Affirmations, and more. Oh—and they snagged the Audience Award for Best Performances from the LGBT Toronto Film Festival. No biggie.
When they’re not booking roles or going viral, Tatchi is busy creating stylish and vibrant photo and video content centered on fashion, LGBTQIA+ life, surfing, skating, and generally living their best life. They’re also a proud environmental activist and were first catapulted into the spotlight thanks to a heartfelt coming out video on TikTok that melted hearts across the web.
Her Early Life
Tatiana Ringsby was born on January 26, 2000, in snowy Aspen, Colorado, to her parents, Gray and Bettina. But life took a tropical turn, and she grew up in Maui, Hawaii, with her older brother Justin—trading ski boots for surfboards.
She attended Seabury Hall in Makawao, where she probably won “most likely to be cooler than you” thanks to her many talents. Tatiana can dance, play the drums, and if that’s not enough, she also surfs, snowboards, skateboards, paints, and trains in mixed martial arts. In other words, she’s a walking, talking talent show.
Oh, and she’s also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish—so she can beat you in a board game, then congratulate you in three languages.
Career Journey
Tatiana Ringsby started posting her modeling photos on Instagram way back in 2013—back when filters were wild and hashtags were even wilder. The following year, she teamed up with friends Olivia Rouyre and Eliza Rose to launch The Rad And Reckless on YouTube, a channel that tackled everything from makeup to mayhem (read: challenges and giggle fits). Tatiana was definitely the MVP of the trio, and after the others moved on, she kept the content going strong on her solo channel.
Their social media glow-up was steady… until April 2020, when the internet decided to really show up. She posted a coming-out video on TikTok that went mega-viral: filmed by her brother Justin, it featured Tatiana baking a cake that said, “Surprise I’m bi” in icing, followed by her parents’ heartfelt reaction. Cue over a million views, thousands of comments, and a whole lot of happy tears worldwide.
Growing up surfing with her whole family, Tatiana has always been tied to the ocean. But things took a deeper turn when she realized the fashion industry—where she modeled countless outfits—was quietly devastating the environment. Alarmed by how much clothing waste was piling up, she launched her own sustainable streetwear brand, Pronounced Tatchi! Her vision? Bold, sustainable clothing that’s as fun and colorful as a day at the beach. As she puts it, most eco-friendly brands are “very beige grandma,” so she decided to switch up the vibe—surf, skate, and save the planet.
As an environmental activist, Tatiana started small—like picking up trash and speaking locally—but she didn’t stop there. After hosting a talk titled “Sustainability & The Environment” for The Conversationalist in October 2020, she shifted gears, focusing on using her voice to speak up in bigger, even political arenas around climate change.
Facts and Trivia
Tatiana Ringsby never shied away from discussing tough topics like eating disorders or body image in her videos. But for a long time, she still felt boxed in—like she had to stick to the “cute outfit pics” vibe that most models and influencers do. That is, until she came out.
Once she shared one of her most personal truths with the world, Tatiana felt like she could finally breathe. Embracing her queerness publicly didn’t just free her—it made her content feel more real, more her. It even transformed her approach to fashion. Dressing “more masculine and boyish” felt amazing, she admitted, sparking a long stretch of style and identity exploration. And yes, that included changing her hair—a lot. After years of not being allowed to cut her long brown hair for modeling gigs, she made up for lost time by experimenting with her look so many times that she eventually made a video called “How Changing My Hair 10+ Times Changed My Life.” Spoiler alert: it did.
On the romance front, Tatiana once dated musician Conan Gentil, who made his YouTube debut in her 2019 “BOYFRIEND TAG” video. The two posted together for a while but seemed to part ways before her coming out. Later on, she introduced her fans to singer-songwriter Zolita—aka Zoë Montana Hoetzel—in a “girlfriend tag” video, officially upgrading from boyfriend-tagging to girlfriend-tagging in style.
Their Body Measurements
Tatiana stands 5 feet, 9 inches and they rock a 35-28-38 figure.
