Care For Some CrossFit: The Most Gorgeous Ladies In The Sport

If you’ve hung around our site for a while, you already know we have a soft spot for fitness models.  We feature them all the time — from country-by-country rundowns to global “hottest of the hot” lists.

So naturally, it was only a matter of time before we turned our attention to the world of CrossFit.  You know, that intense workout we all swear we’ll try someday…  right before we get distracted by another round of online gaming.

Anyway, here it is — our list of the most stunning CrossFit women out there.  These athletes don’t just crush workouts and lift insane weights; they’ve also won over fans with their confidence, charisma, and unstoppable energy.

Brooke Wells

Brooke Wells isn’t just a CrossFit athlete — she’s one of the sport’s biggest stars.  She first made waves back in 2015, when she won the Central Regional at just 19 years old.  That victory instantly put her on the CrossFit map, and she’s been a force to reckon with ever since — even snagging a sixth-place finish at the 2016 CrossFit Games.

Funny enough, Brooke didn’t even start CrossFit with big ambitions. She only tried it out after her twin sister took it up to stay in shape for track and field.  But as fate would have it, Brooke was the one who fell hard for it — so hard, in fact, that she turned down a track and field scholarship to the University of Arkansas to chase her CrossFit dreams instead.  Talk about commitment.

Brooke Wells

Before that breakout moment in 2015, Brooke competed with Team 540 Beefy of CrossFit 540 at the North Central Regional in 2014.  The following year, she went solo — and her first individual appearance couldn’t have gone better. After winning regionals, she finished 16th in her debut CrossFit Games, proving she wasn’t just a one-hit wonder.  Then, in 2016, she placed third at the Central Regional and sixth at the Games, thanks to six top-five event finishes and one outright win.

When she’s not training or competing, Brooke juggles life as a student at the University of Missouri and a trainer at CrossFit Fringe in Columbia.  In short: strong, smart, and unstoppable — Brooke Wells is living proof that sometimes your “backup sport” becomes your true calling.

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is one of those rare athletes who seems to do it all — and do it brilliantly.  The Canadian CrossFit superstar became a household name when she won the 2014 CrossFit Games, earning the title of “Fittest Woman on Earth.”  But long before that, she was already juggling a mix of sports — gymnastics, soccer, volleyball, and rugby — while studying chemical engineering at the Université de Sherbrooke.  Yes, she’s both brain and brawn.

Camille’s path to CrossFit started with a setback.  At 16, she suffered a serious gymnastics injury that tore her hip flexors, forcing her to give up the sport she loved.  But instead of slowing down, she went looking for something new to feed her competitive spirit.  After testing out a handful of other sports, she stumbled across CrossFit — and the rest, as they say, is history.  Within just two years of training, she was taking the competition floor by storm.

Camille Leblanc-Bazinet

After dominating the CrossFit world, Camille eventually branched out into Olympic weightlifting, amateur bodybuilding, and entrepreneurship.  She’s since become an advocate for mental health and body positivity, proving that strength isn’t just physical — it’s about mindset, too.

These days, she channels her passion into her own program, “Beach Babe,” which blends bodybuilding and functional fitness to help women build strong, balanced, and confident physiques.

From chemical engineer to CrossFit champion, from competitor to coach, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet continues to redefine what it means to be an athlete — powerful, multidimensional, and unapologetically herself.

Josie Hamming

Josie Hamming is a CrossFit athlete, fitness instructor, and social media influencer who first turned heads when she ranked among the top 50 women in the world in 2019.  Beyond her impressive competition record, she’s built a huge following on Instagram, where she shares her workouts, fitness tips, and glimpses into her training journey.

Josie’s athletic roots go way back.  As a child, she played soccer, took gymnastics lessons, and started softball at age seven — a sport she excelled in all the way through high school.  Her high school team even won the state championship two years in a row, proving early on that she had what it takes to compete at a high level.

Josie Hamming

She discovered CrossFit as part of her softball training, and it quickly became a passion.  At 18, she made her first CrossFit team appearance at Regionals before branching out to compete as an individual.

Athleticism clearly runs in the family: her father, Steve Hamming, is also a CrossFit athlete and a sports psychologist, giving Josie both the genes and the mental edge to succeed.

Abigail Domit

Abigail Domit is a rising star in the CrossFit world, representing Lone Star CrossFit and finishing 15th at the 2024 CrossFit Games.  She’s shown steady progress, topping the North America West Semifinal and consistently performing well on the international stage.

Originally from the Midwest, Abigail now calls San Antonio, Texas, home. Athletics have been part of her life from the start — she dabbled in dance, soccer, gymnastics, cheerleading, and track as a child.  Gymnastics, in particular, captured her heart and became her first true athletic love.

Abigail Domit

Her journey into CrossFit came unexpectedly in 2020, thanks to her husband, Antun.  He encouraged her to try the sport as a way to stay active during pandemic restrictions.  At first hesitant, Abigail soon found herself hooked by the intensity, variety, and challenges of CrossFit workouts — and the rest is history.

Building on her gymnastics background, Abigail quickly rose through the ranks.  She made her CrossFit Games debut in 2023, finishing a respectable 26th, and has since qualified for Semifinals three years in a row, proving she’s a competitor to watch.

After graduating, Jennifer moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of becoming a personal trainer and fitness model.  Her big break came when a casting agent spotted her and invited her to join the second season of American Gladiators, where she quickly became known for her athleticism and competitive spirit.

Sport has always been part of Jessica’s DNA.  She started gymnastics at just three and a half years old, and after impressing coaches with her strength, she was placed straight into an elite program.  Gymnastics shaped much of her early life, teaching her discipline, focus, and a healthy dose of competitive spirit.  After retiring from gymnastics at 18, she dabbled in running and traditional gym training before stumbling upon CrossFit in 2011 — a discovery that completely changed her life.

Jessica Coughlan

At the time, Jessica was a qualified primary school teacher specializing in gifted and talented education.  But fate (and fitness) had other plans.  She met her partner, who owned a CrossFit gym, and he introduced her to the athlete lifestyle — something she didn’t even know was possible back then.  What started as a new hobby quickly evolved into a career, and Jessica has been chasing new goals and lifting heavier weights ever since.

Danielle Brandon is a standout CrossFit athlete with a fierce competitive streak and serious athletic credentials to back it up.  In 2024, she finished 7th at the CrossFit Games and 5th worldwide in the Individual Quarterfinals, proving once again that consistency and grit are her trademarks.

Before she was dominating WODs, Danielle was flipping, sprinting, and vaulting her way through gymnastics and track, sports that laid the groundwork for her explosive power and agility.  Her CrossFit journey took off after she started sharing workout clips and training snapshots on Instagram — a move that quickly turned her into a fan favorite.  Her follower count skyrocketed once she qualified for the CrossFit Games as a rookie, leading to sponsorships, brand collaborations, and a thriving online presence across platforms like TikTok.

Known for her jaw-dropping handstand walks, vibrant personality, and a competitive edge sharper than a barbell knurl, Danielle has become one of CrossFit’s most recognizable stars.  She even released her own signature shoes with R.A.D., and a recent documentary gives fans a closer look at the woman behind the workouts — determined, dynamic, and undeniably magnetic.

Lauren Fisher

Lauren Fisher has been a powerhouse in the CrossFit world for more than a decade — and she started young.  At just 14 years old, she began training, and by her mid-teens, she was already making waves. Fast forward to today, and she’s a seven-time CrossFit Games veteran, competing both individually and on teams, all while building a reputation for her Olympic weightlifting strength — she even snagged the 2014 USA Weightlifting Junior National Championship in the 63-kg class.

Lauren burst onto the CrossFit scene in 2012 with a breakout performance at the NorCal Regionals, and she hasn’t slowed down since.  She’s scored a Top 10 finish at the Games (2014), claimed the California Regional title (2016), and earned seven total Games appearances — four solo and three with teams.

Lauren Fisher

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Lauren packed her bags for Dubai in 2018, where she competed in the Meridian Regional, landed on the podium, and punched yet another ticket to Madison.  A year later, she rejoined Team Invictus, this time alongside her fiancé, Rasmus Andersen, helping the team to an impressive 3rd place finish at the 2019 CrossFit Games.

Before CrossFit took over her life, Lauren was a standout basketball player in high school, helping her team win back-to-back California State Championships.  Her love for Olympic lifting even earned her a spot on Team USA, competing at the American Open and Junior Pan Am Championships.

Now a Rogue athlete, Lauren continues to embody everything people love about CrossFit — grit, resilience, and an all-or-nothing attitude that’s inspired a new generation of athletes around the world.

But Jackie’s influence extends far beyond competition.  She became a bit of an Instagram sensation, using her platform to share workout videos, fitness tips, and healthy recipes — and quickly built a loyal following of over 200,000 fans who love her mix of strength and realness.

Before dominating barbells and box jumps, Brooke had an active background that reads like a highlight reel — gymnastics, swimming, softball, and dance were all part of her story.  She went on to study dance at the University of Utah, with dreams of performing in musical theatre, before discovering CrossFit and realizing she was built for a different kind of stage.

Brooke Ence

Brooke joined the UTE CrossFit team in 2011, and her career quickly took off.  Since then, she’s expanded far beyond competition.  She’s built her own fitness brand, the Naked Program, designed training gear, and even stepped into Hollywood — appearing in Wonder Woman and Justice League, as well as the TV show Ultimate Tag.

Her mix of athleticism, charisma, and down-to-earth humor has earned her a massive online following and a lasting reputation as one of CrossFit’s most inspiring figures.  Whether she’s coaching, filming, or chasing new challenges, Brooke Ence proves that strength — in every form — never goes out of style.

But Christmas’s path to fitness fame wasn’t always a smooth one.  As a teenager, she went through a difficult period after a car accident left her sister in a coma.  Struggling to cope, she turned to drinking and smoking — habits that followed her for nearly a decade.  Then, at 22, she decided enough was enough.

Christmas Abbott

In a move that would completely change her life, Christmas joined her mom as a civilian contractor in Iraq.  It was there that she discovered the power of physical fitness — not just for the body, but for the mind.  When she returned home, she traded cigarettes for dumbbells and stumbled upon CrossFit, instantly falling in love with its intensity and community.

By 2007, she’d opened her own gym, started coaching, and built a reputation for her incredible strength and even stronger spirit.  From breaking barriers in NASCAR to writing her own fitness and nutrition book, Christmas has turned her comeback story into a full-blown inspiration — proving that sometimes, the best version of yourself is waiting just on the other side of a hard restart.

Just days after winning the Northern California Classic In-Person Qualifying Event in June, Alex suffered a fractured fibula in a car accident in California.  While her recovery is going well, it isn’t yet enough for her to safely compete at the upcoming CrossFit Games in Albany, NY, leading to her withdrawal.

Alex Gazan

Bethany’s journey into CrossFit began back in 2015, starting with local competitions before joining Black Magic Training under Jared Astle and Jenn Jones (Astle) the following year.  That partnership quickly propelled her career forward — in 2017, she won the Rx division at Wodapalooza, placed 4th at the Austin Fittest Games, and dominated the South Central Open, earning her a top-20 worldwide ranking and a spot at both Regionals and the CrossFit Games as a “double rookie.”

Bethany Shadburne

The momentum didn’t stop there. She finished 5th at Wodapalooza, 5th at Regionals, and 16th at the CrossFit Games in 2018, before teaming up with Austen Cochren of Streamline CrossFit later that year.  Her performances kept shining — 7th at the Dubai Championship and a 1st place finish at SouthFit in Argentina in 2019, which punched her ticket to another Games appearance, where she finished 8th overall.

Through injuries, coach changes, and life’s curveballs, Bethany never lost her drive.  She moved to Las Vegas to train under Justin Cotler and alongside Kari Pearce, then later to Los Angeles, where she married and began working with Perrin Behr from Training Think Tank.  Despite setbacks like COVID in 2021 and a back injury in 2022, she bounced back strong — finishing 5th at the 2023 Semifinals and returning to peak form in 2024.

Beyond the medals and muscle, Bethany’s known for her bright smile, humble attitude, and genuine positivity — the kind of athlete who reminds everyone that being great isn’t just about winning, but about lifting others up along the way.
