Who is Daisy Lowe?
Daisy is an English fashion model, DJ, and actress who has appeared in films like Confine (2013), Pressure (2015), and Tulip Fever (2017). Daisy has also been the face of many fashion campaigns, including Marc by Marc Jacobs and Agent Provocateur and has taken to the catwalk for Burberry, Chanel, and Vivienne Westwood show.
In 2011, Daisy here bared it all for her first Playboy magazine spread.
Her Early Life
She is the daughter of the singer/songwriter turned fashion designer, Pearl Lowe and Gavin Rossdale. Until 2004, Lowe was believed to be the daughter of Pearl Lowe’s ex-husband, but a paternity test revealed that her godfather, Bush frontman Gavin, was in fact her biological father.
Career Journey
Daisy’s career began early. You see, at the age of just two, she starred in a Curiosity Killed the Cat music video and appeared on the sleeve of Plastic Bag, a single by Leigh Bowery’s Minty. Following a Teen Vogue shoot in 2003, she signed with Select modeling agency (when she was 15 years of age) after a scout for the agency saw her walking around Camden Town.
Daisy then appeared as the face of Agent Provocateur’s advertising campaign in 2006 and in 2008, her then-boyfriend Will Cameron and four of her friends were followed for the BBC series Class of 2008. She later went on to appear in MTV’s Daisy Lowe in 24 hours. At the age of 17, she was photographed by Stephen Klein for Italian Vogue, a breakthrough moment in her modeling career. She then graced the covers of a British Vogue supplement in 2009 – the same year she was nominated for the Model of the Year award at the British Fashion Awards.
Aside from modeling, Daisy has also appeared in the music videos for NYC Beat by Armand Van Helden, Bloodthirsty Bastards by Dirty Pretty Things and Sam Smith’s 2014 single Leave Your Lover.
July 2014 saw the release of her cookery book Sweetness and Light; a guide to guilt-free treats that swap artificial sugar for natural ingredients.

Daisy Lowe dated actor Matt Smith in 2010 until their split in 2011. She briefly dated musician Thomas Cohen. She also once dated DJ and music producer Mark Ronson.
Daisy was number 29 in the 2011 FHM list of ‘100 Sexiest Women in the World’.
