Who is Kelsey Wells?
Kelsey is an American NASM certified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast who became an Instagram sensation. She went viral for sharing her workouts and transformation with the BBG program. She created the fitness blog, My Sweat Life to blog about her experiences as well.

Her Story
Kelsey Wells is a well-known figure in the fitness industry. Working with people like Kayla Itsines, she’s built a fitness empire with her workout videos, photos, and inspirational quotes.
Kayla, on the other hand, was not always a fan of working out. She spent her childhood playing sports, but once she graduated from high school, training became a chore.
She didn’t start lifting weights again until after she had her son to combat post-partum depression. Her passion for fitness has grown exponentially since then, as has her influence as an online coach and model.
“I’ve never done anything extraordinary. Any woman can do what I’ve done. I’ve just chosen to take care of myself day by day, little by little.”
Kelsey was able to express her negative emotions by staying fit and active in the gym. Not only that, but she felt better after seeing physical progress from her training.
Kelsey began researching more advanced nutrition topics because she was eager to learn more. She quickly realized that the food she ate had a significant impact on how she felt. As a result, she overhauled her diet from the ground up, and the most significant improvements resulted.
Kelsey began to feel much better after establishing a regular training routine and a healthy diet. Her physical condition improved dramatically as well. She weighed 140 pounds at this point, the same as Kelsey before her pregnancy. Her body composition, however, had changed dramatically as a result of her weight training. She looked better than she had in a long time.
“I slowly began to gain confidence and appreciation for my body and manage my anxiety in a holistic and healthy way. Simply, the more I cared for my body, the more I began to love myself and believe it was worth caring for.”
She then created a social media account to document her transformation. She posted pictures as well as brief quotes about her fitness journey. Soon after, more and more people arrived and connected with her story, particularly other mothers who had experienced post-partum depression.
Kelsey quickly rose to the position of a fitness expert. She took advantage of this opportunity to launch her online coaching programs, as well as other businesses. She’s evolved into a successful entrepreneur and fitness industry icon over the years.
